Job Description:
- Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop multi-brand schools and contribute to the group's overall strategic vision and long-term planning.
- Create and implement academic plans aligned with the group's objectives, ensuring brand integrity across all school brands.
- Hold Principals accountable for meeting KPIs and regularly review school leadership roles to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead the development of a rigorous curriculum and provide leadership for effective instructional practices.
Qualifications:
- 55 years old and below
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, 5 years of which in a leadership role, preferably in the education sector
- Relevant educational leadership certifications are preferred
