1. Responsible for the Construction Management for overall construction progress, labor utilization, coordination and execution.
2. Responsible for construction activities, development of the Project Construction plan with the Project Planner, execute as per schedule & contract specifications. Recommend areas for improvement to the Construction Manager.
3. Provide direction, leadership and guidance to the Construction team in respect of HSE, QA/QC, Methods and Procedures.
4. Responsible for enacting proper construction techniques as well as working with the Project/Construction Planning Engineers to develop detailed Construction Schedules and then executing site works to meet the detailed schedules and overall project plan. Instruct construction team and track the progress of construction work such as the arrival and utilization of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment.
5. Follow all manpower allocation as compared to monthly plans.
6. Assist securing PERMIT TO WORK and ensure the construction projects meet safety codes and regulations.

Skills

1. In-depth knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and methodologies on ARAMCO Projects.
2. Knowledge of Brownfield project requirements
3. Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
4. Advanced skills in construction project management software and scheduling tools.
5. PMP certificate is essential but not a must.
6. Ability to understand complex construction requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
7. Highly active and proactive approach to managing construction activities and ensuring progress.
8. Positive attitude toward solving challenges and achieving project goals.
9. Strong communication skills to liaise with different teams (construction, planning, engineering, etc.) and external stakeholders.
10. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with various departments and personnel to ensure smooth operations.
