Employee Relations Manager

1. Administers grievance procedures and provides labor relations support.

2. Acts as a liaison between department managers and employees to resolve issues.

3. Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding policy, procedures, and employment laws.

4. Directs the development of staffing strategies.

5. Ensures company policy and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

6. Ensures implementation of HR initiatives, including employee engagements activities, HR events, etc

7. Manages escalations of employee concerns and relay them to the HR Manager for resolution.

8. Conducts Induction and orientation of employees.

9. Suggests and takes necessary action to implement the changes.

10. Provides reports and analysis on employee data.

11. Ensures the success of all HR initiatives.

12. Reviews all documentation related to the HR processes.

13. Ensures HR policy & procedures are followed.

14. Contributes towards formulating HR policy and procedures.

15.handling onboarding and off boarding all cases

Skills

Bachelor or Master degree

minimum 10 years working experience in Employee Relations department

must have good experience in construction sector

must have Excellent English Communication skills

must have good experience for onboarding and offboarding
