Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
