Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all Human Resources functions and operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead the hiring processes, compliance audits, and policy updates.
  • Administer employee benefits, salary structures, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
