Job Description
Purchase Order Management:
- Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders (POs).

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Data Entry and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts, invoices, and payment details.
- Update procurement databases and systems, ensuring that data is up-to-date and accessible.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, including purchasing trends and cost analysis.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Assist in managing the procurement budget by tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze pricing and seek alternative suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal quality
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Assist in monitoring and managing risks associated with supply chain disruptions and supplier performance issues.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments (Operations, finance, logistics) to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
