Job Purpose
Manage and maintain all data, records, documents, & drawings for a particular project(s) or for the whole organization. Ensure that it is properly stored and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
Job Responsibilities
- Receiving/sending & recording of all incoming/outgoing documents with proper stamping & logging as per the “Projects Data/Document Control Procedure”.
- Distribution of the approved documents/drawings following with Document Internal Transmittal Form.
- Segregate and maintain all superseded documents with proper identification of “SUPERSEDED” stamp, and prevent their unintended use.
- Store/safeguard properly all the documents/ project deliverables till they are handed over to Client/Consultant etc.
- To ensure that all documents/records remain legible and readily identifiable.
- Timely enter Employee Timesheet, Equipment Timesheet, Petty Cash invoices into JD Edward system.
- Timely completion and submission of Daily Activity Checklist, DMR, DSR etc.
