Responsibilities and Tasks:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company (Mismar).
Identify opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer relationships.
Provide support to new clients to help them maximize the benefits of the company’s services.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver the best possible solutions to clients.
Prepare periodic reports on performance, sales activities, and customer feedback for management.
Attract potential clients and expand the customer base.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in sales within the corporate sector.
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals on contracts, pricing, and other terms.
Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer performance to make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and related sales tools and technology to effectively manage accounts and sales processes.
