Job Description:
The Country Manager - Sales will oversee all sales and administrative operations for our client in Jeddah . This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving
business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the daily operations of the sales
and admin teams. The position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional
leadership skills and a strong understanding of the packaging industry.
Working Days: 5 days per week
Weekend: Friday and Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market growth and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within Saudi Arabia.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior
management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and
Administrative Management:
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Jeddah office.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment, training, and performance
management of sales and administrative staff.
• Manage office budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales, administrative tasks, and client interactions.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Provide training, coaching, and development programs for team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while addressing areas for improvement.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a
plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and business management, preferably in
the packaging industry.
• Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and local business practices.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM)
tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
