Job Role:
The Food Service Sales Supervisor will handle and drive sales efforts for the food service division. This includes developing and executing strategies to grow the business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervised and coordinated day-to-day sales activities of the team, organizing weekly and monthly meetings with sales staff and management.
- Set sales objectives by developing monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Reviewed customer accounts regularly to ensure timely debt collection and address any overdue payments.
- Trained and motivated sales teams on sales techniques to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
- Identified new business opportunities, established new customers, and maintained long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Ensured optimal product mix and availability on routes, maximizing volume and revenue within the designated territory.
- Oversaw daily van stock reconciliation and cash deposits, ensuring accurate financial management.
Skills
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Food Services (at brand, distributor, and/or retailer level) in food & beverage production/FMCG or relevant industry is a must.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, especially Power-Point & Excel.
