Overall Goal
Support the sales team by providing effective administrative and operational support, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Support sales efforts by preparing and submitting necessary documents (offers, proposals, bids) when required, coordinating with logistics to deliver the product on time, and actively monitoring order progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage all customer interactions, including responding to inquiries from electronic channels. Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system, encompassing contact information, equipment fleet, purchase history, and customer preferences.
Monitoring market trends, and competitor actions, and identifying new business opportunities through data collected from the sales team, subscribed platforms, social media news, and other relevant projects sources.
Analyzing sales data using analysis tools to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communicating these insights to stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
Track and manage the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and potential bottlenecks.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CRM software and other sales tools.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs with the support of the suppliers to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills needed to sell new products and services effectively.
Assist management by handling key administrative tasks like data management, sales reporting, scheduling meetings, and appointment and event coordination.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in analysis and sales support.
- Practical experience in implementing, configuring, and utilizing ERP and CRM systems.
Experience in the trading of heavy equipment spare parts.
