Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Improvement & Efficiency

• Analyze current manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
• Optimize production workflows, material usage, and resource allocation.
• Introduce best practices to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and improve quality.

2. Industrial Innovation & Automation

• Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance operations.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve industrial processes.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate IoT, smart manufacturing, and SAP solutions.

3. Project Management & Execution

• Plan, execute, and monitor industrial improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with Amiantit's strategic goals and production requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

• Utilize data analytics tools to track production efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on performance insights.
• Develop forecasting models to predict future operational needs and improvements.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all process improvements comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and ISO certifications.
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to maintain high production standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Technical Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial process optimization, manufacturing, or engineering initiatives.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process automation.
• Experience with SAP, data analysis, and industrial IoT applications.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
