- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and relevant laws.

- Monitor and enforce HSE company practices across all areas of the factory by continuous monitoring &inspection at workplace.

- Conduct daily HSE plant inspections and take part in Internal audits as per HSE inspection plan and in risk assessment team to identify and mitigate potential hazards)

- Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and risks - Investigate accidents or near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions

- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees on topics as per the training matrix and yearly training plan, deliver and assist HSE lead in conducting safety training sessions for all employees about safety protocols and procedures.

- Be part of the investigation team and Assist HSE lead in Investigate accidents, incidents, or near-miss events to determine causes and prevent future occurrences.

- Keep record of all accidents or incidents reports as per company policy.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.

- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.

- Proven work experience as a Safety Officer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
