We are looking for a Broker channel sales agent and Collaboration Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for expanding our reach and sales transactions with individual and corporate brokers accounts and fostering partnerships that drive company growth.

Skills

  • Proactively promote and sell the company application products to individuals, establishments, and companies.
  • Understand the features and benefits of the platform application thoroughly.
  • Demonstrate the platform to potential clients and explain how it can address their specific needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the platform application.
  • Handle objections and concerns raised by clients during the sales process.
  • Gather client feedback to pinpoint improvement opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients with internal teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in brokerage, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry practices and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in brokerage, sales, and collaboration.
