Job Description:

 

To manage the program management and by serving the clients with any service requirements related to the Department and ensure that the client needs are met effectively. The role holder is responsible for managing several projects related to program management within set scope and targets, according to the policies and procedures followed within ELM.

 

Program Planning:

 

  • Ensure initiatives are broken down into clearly defined projects and suggest plans for handling these projects
  • Define the resource management strategy and plan by identifying how the program will acquire and manage various resources from various departments in order to schedule and implement projects
  • Define responsibilities and lines of communication across the program/project, internally within ELM team and externally with the client

 

Project Delivery:

 

  • Plan, govern, control and oversee the successful delivery of the program output
  • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders for the best benefit of the program/project by conducting periodic meetings with relevant internal/external stakeholders to ensure that priorities are clear and the work is running smoothly
  • Set the pricing lists of various services/products in conjunction with Business Development & Sales and Commercial Department Identify the right outcomes by managing the client expectations and benefits and empowering project manager with different tools to deliver the required outcomes Follow up and monitor the actual progress of the project versus the plan and report the findings to the management
  • Manage the program risks and issues and take corrective actions and ensure that the program responds to changes in a flexible manner

 

Client Satisfaction:

 

  • Plan for delivery and ensure delivery of all tasks and activities of the projects at all stages is as per the agreed timeline, budget and quality standards
  • Ensure that all projects completed satisfactorily by getting feedback from related client

 

Academic and professional qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Science
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a recognized business school

 

Years and Nature of Experience:

 

  • 10 - 12years of relevant experience in in a program delivery role including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
  • Certified: PMP;PgMP;PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • PMP Methodologies: Agile,Scrum,Waterfall & Prince2
