Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Monitoring: Track metrics from websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, etc., using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance by examining conversion rates, ROI, click-through rates (CTR), and engagement rates.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for marketing teams or leadership.
  • Predictive Analysis: Use historical data to forecast future trends or outcomes, helping marketers make data-driven decisions.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests on various campaigns or website elements to identify what works best for the target audience.
  • Optimization Recommendations: Suggest improvements based on data analysis to increase conversion rates or improve customer engagement.


Skills

Skills Needed:

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, spot trends, and draw conclusions.
  • Tools & Software: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization software.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Advanced certifications (preferred):
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Meta Marketing Science Certification
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist or Power BI Certification
  • SQL and Data Analytics Certifications (e.g., Coursera, edX, or similar platforms)


Experience

  1. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, media analysis, or related fields.
  2. Proven track record of analyzing and reporting on large datasets to drive actionable insights for marketing and advertising campaigns.


Technical Skills

  1. Data Analysis Tools:
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  1. Programming & Query Languages:
  • Knowledge of SQL for database querying.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (optional but valuable).
  1. Digital Marketing Platforms:
  • Understanding of campaign performance metrics from platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  1. A/B Testing:
  • Proficiency in setting up and analyzing results from A/B or multivariate tests.
  1. SEO & SEM Tools:
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console for traffic analysis.
  1. Data Visualization:
  • Ability to create clear and actionable reports using tools like Data Studio, Tableau, or Excel dashboards.
