Branches' Supervisor duties and responsibilities:
• Inspect facilities periodically to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
• Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and identifying necessary tasks.
• Follow up on procedures for hiring maintenance technicians and supervise training processes.
• Inspecting and maintaining various building systems such as heating, lighting, ventilation, etc.
• Contribute to developing the maintenance budget and reducing expenses.
• Supervising technicians and workers, submitting performance reports, and monitoring attendance and departure.
- • Control inventory of materials and equipment.
• Participate in coordinating projects such as renovations.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Study the status of branches within the region and prepare plans and strategies for their development.
• Communicate with customers to address complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Participate in promotional events such as opening new branches and others.
