Responsibilities:

- Support the Sales Territory Manager with forecasting and pipeline management.
- Design, implement, and manage sales commission schemes to incentivize team performance.
- Prepare regular commission reports and ensure accurate calculations and timely payouts.
- Train and onboard new team members on sales tools and processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and recommend improvements to Lavndry’s sales operations.
