  • Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales and purchase transactions related to furniture trading and contracting.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring alignment with financial transactions and stock management.
  • Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking of expenses and revenues related to furniture trading and contracts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for review by senior management.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and relevant regulations in the furniture contracting and trading business.
  • Assist in analyzing cost structures, project budgets, and profitability for furniture-related projects.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Prior experience working with the trading and contracting of furniture, including familiarity with inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills preferred).
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Epromis, sap, oracle erp).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
