Key Responsibilities:

  1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Improve website visibility on search engines through keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
  2. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic to websites.
  3. Content Marketing: Develop content strategies and create engaging content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media updates.
  4. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), create ad campaigns, and engage with followers.
  5. Email Marketing: Create email campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
  6. Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics (like website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement levels) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve the conversion rate of a website or landing page.
  8. Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Work with influencers or affiliate partners to increase brand visibility and sales.


Skills

Skills Needed:

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), SEO tools, and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creativity: Ability to create compelling content and campaigns.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication for content creation, ads, and customer engagement.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Adaptability: Keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.






Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Certifications in Digital Marketing (preferred):
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
  • SEMrush or Hootsuite Social Media Certifications


Experience

  1. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven track record in managing successful campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO).
  3. Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, display ads).


Technical Skills

  1. SEO & SEM:
  • Proficiency in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other ad platforms.
  1. Analytics:
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Ability to track and report campaign performance.
  1. Content Management Systems (CMS):
  • Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot.
  1. Social Media Marketing:
  • Proficiency in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Instagram Ads.
  • Knowledge of organic and paid strategies.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or ActiveCampaign.
  1. Design Tools (basic proficiency):
  • Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for creating simple visuals.
