About the job:
Store Inventory management experience, working knowledge in Oracle based store inventory system like Oracle Fusion, SAP etc. PC knowledge with regular Office software, self-driven, independent working, team minded. English fluently in writing and verbally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Takes care and ensure safety standards inside store and other storage areas.
- To verify the incoming quantity, receipt of spare parts against required documents and maintain an organized allocation of inventory placed in store shelves.
- To recommend the stocking of spares and to optimize the inventory level
- To issue inventory spares to technicians as per approval from the supervisor and update the relevant records in Oracle Fusion (OF)
- To raise PR to replenish spare parts or stock item whenever it is running low.
- Assist to ensure work orders are properly filled in, endorsed, and returned by the technician.
- Assist to ensure diesel stock are sufficient for operational needs all the time.
- Housekeeping of store, including open storage area and workshop scrap / oil storage area.
- Takes care of the entire waste management within the workshop premises.
- Ensure WOs and procedures in Oracle Fusion are adhere to.
- Asset verification submission to INV Officer/EM quarterly.
- Assist the Inventory supervisor to generate store reports.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Diploma in Supply Chain logistics/management is added advantage
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills. Other communication skills would be an advantage.2-3 yrs experience in Store Inventory management system
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle based inventory management software (Oracle Fusion, SAP etc) is desirable.
