Compliance Analyst

Summary Identify:

analyses, and evaluates compliance associated within the Hospital, assists and coordinates with compliance division to develop compliance treatment and mitigation plans. Essential Responsibilities and Duties.


1. Assists in updating compliance library with the emerging compliance obligations and maps these obligations to the concerned entities and processes.

2. Identifies and analyses compliance obligations and potential compliance risks arising from laws and regulations applicable to the Hospital.

3. Assists in evaluates all compliance policies and procedures and coordinates with all internal teams to resolve all compliance issues effective and attend all reviews for internal and external department to promote all compliance programs.

4. Coordinates and consults with concerned entities to analyze the compliance obligations arising from laws and regulation applicable to the Hospital, or from internal directives.

5. Compiles information on various compliance issues and update the necessary information

6. Assists in Implementing approved compliance methodologies, procedures and tools of Compliance Division.

7. Keeps track with all internal policies and procedures and Hospital Official Documents updates.

8. Follows all Hospital related Policies and Procedures.

9. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

Education: Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline is required.


Experience Required: One (1) year of primary/secondary experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.


Nationality: Saudi National Only.
