المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
1- تقييم وتحسين عمليات التصنيع من خلال إجراء البحوث وتطبيق المعرفة بتصميم المنتج، والمعدات، والمواد.
2- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الحكومية ولوائح الصحة والسلامة البيئية (EHS) للحفاظ على سمعة المنتج والشركة.
3- تنسيق خدمات الصيانة والإصلاح للحفاظ على تشغيل المعدات.
4- تطوير واختبار طرق التصنيع والمعدات لتلبية متطلبات المنتج.
5- تحليل سير العمل، ومتطلبات المساحة، وتخطيط المعدات لتحسين الكفاءة.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Joinery Production Supervisor to oversee and improve manufacturing processes in our joinery production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating processes, maintaining compliance with regulations, ensuring equipment functionality, and enhancing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by conducting research and applying knowledge of product design, machinery, and materials.
2- Ensure compliance with government and EHS regulations to maintain product and company reputation.
3- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to keep equipment operational.
4- Develop and test manufacturing methods and equipment to meet product requirements.
5- Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve efficiency.
