Position: Business Analyst
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic & English
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic as well as English and will work closely with our customers on a day-to-day basis. The primary responsibility will be to create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and not only ensure seamless communication between the internal & external stake holder but also Bridge gap between business and tech team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create detailed BRDs and ensure they are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, support the project manager to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Fluent in Arabic & English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs and other project documentation.
- Has knowledge or ability to navigate through various ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT industry
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
