Job Summary:

EPF Contracting and Construction Company is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects. The candidate will ensure projects are executed according to design, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and guide the workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers for optimal productivity.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Oversee material management, including procurement, storage, and usage on-site.
• Conduct inspections to ensure completed work meets project standards and specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction and contracting projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
