As a help desk agent/ CAFM operator, you will be required to respond to queries in person and over the phone. Ultimately, a skilled help desk specialist provides fast and effective support over the phone and in person.
Job Duties:
- Operate and manage the CAFM system to schedule and monitor planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the CAFM system, including asset details, maintenance schedules, and work order information.
- Generate, assign, and close work orders for maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks according to service level agreements.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on work order status, asset performance, and maintenance trends.
- Analyze CAFM data to provide insights for optimizing operations and resource allocation.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data entered into the CAFM system.
- Liaise with maintenance teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of tasks.
- Support the facilities management team with real-time updates on work order progress and asset performance.
- Identify and report issues or inefficiencies in the CAFM system to the IT or CAFM team.
- Suggest enhancements to the CAFM system to improve usability and functionality.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the system is fully operational and up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of assets, maintenance schedules, and completed tasks.
