Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in managing overall school operations, including curriculum development.
• Monitor and enhance students' academic performance through effective strategies.
• Lead and mentor teaching staff, providing professional development opportunities.
• Oversee extracurricular activities to promote student engagement.
• Manage student discipline and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents and the community to support student well-being.
• Utilize data analysis to inform instructional practices and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation.

Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration or a related field.

* Valid professional license from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.

* Proven leadership experience in curriculum development and instructional practices.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.
