Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)

More than 6 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of facility equipment and systems.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with contractors
- Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate and oversee construction and renovation projects and any other facility related projects.
- Maintain accurate facility records.
- Manage and lead multiple operation and facility projects.
- sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as Road maintenance, cleaning, and water service providers.
- Supervising teams of staff across different divisions.
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
- Dealing with emergencies as they arise.
- Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
- Review and issue work permits for customers and service providers.
- Analyze and resolve customer tickets on timely manner.
- Participate in capital projects handover.
- Initiate and lead expense project handover.
