Contract Senior Specialist

The Contract Specialist supports the Contract Management Section Head in the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual agreements.


Department: Supply Chain


Responsible for:

  • Assist in the drafting, review, and execution of contracts and agreements.


  • Maintain accurate records of contract documents and correspondence.


  • Monitor contract performance against key milestones and deliverables.


  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including reporting requirements.


  • Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers regarding contract related inquiries and issues.


  • Facilitate communication between SAR and suppliers to resolve disputes or discrepancies.


  • Organize and maintain contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and extensions.


  • Ensure all contract related documents are properly archived and accessible.


  • Coordinate contract activities, such as renewals, terminations, and modifications, in collaboration with the Contract Management Section Head.


  • Assist in the preparation of contract related reports and analyses for management review.


  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions identifying areas of risk or non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related

field.


  • Years of experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in carrying out procurement operations at a large firm.
  • Consulting experience would also be preferable.
