The Contract Specialist supports the Contract Management Section Head in the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual agreements.
Department: Supply Chain
Responsible for:
- Assist in the drafting, review, and execution of contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents and correspondence.
- Monitor contract performance against key milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including reporting requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers regarding contract related inquiries and issues.
- Facilitate communication between SAR and suppliers to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and extensions.
- Ensure all contract related documents are properly archived and accessible.
- Coordinate contract activities, such as renewals, terminations, and modifications, in collaboration with the Contract Management Section Head.
- Assist in the preparation of contract related reports and analyses for management review.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions identifying areas of risk or non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related
field.
- Years of experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in carrying out procurement operations at a large firm.
- Consulting experience would also be preferable.
