The role holder is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end supply of products ranging from demand planning to product replenishment.
Department: Supply Chain
- Performance Reporting and Monitoring:
• Monitors key performance indicators and provide Reports on their applicability as a standard operating practice for SCM functions, such as: category management, contracting and procurement, materials management, procurement, etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
• Regularly review supply chain performance dashboards and provide insights for continuous improvement.
2. Audit Review and Compliance:
• Review supply chain-related audit findings and ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Work with internal and external audit teams to address compliance issues and implement recommended improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress on audit remediation activities.
3. Strategic Initiatives Development:
• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain initiatives to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation in supply chain processes.
4. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance supply chain performance.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of excellence within the supply chain function.
• Develop tools, frameworks, and methodologies to standardize and improve supply chain operations.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between various supply chain teams and other business units to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market insights.
• Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing in-depth analysis and reports.
6. Governance and Risk Management:
• Develop and monitor supply chain governance frameworks to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assess supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure resilience and operational continuity.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Years of experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Developing Strategies & Planning.
- Microsoft office.
