Job Purpose
Sales Analyst role is to provide data-driven insights and analysis to support the sales team in achieving business objectives. The primary focus is to analyze sales trends, customer behaviors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales strategies, and improve overall performance. The Sales Analyst collects, interprets, and presents sales data, helping management make informed decisions regarding pricing, forecasting, inventory, and sales tactics. Additionally, this role involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays.
- Maintain customer stock levels to ensure that demand can be met within agreed notice periods.
- Arrange stock deliveries to customers to ensure that the right goods are received on the right date.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock and delivery records.
- Provide customers with information requested by them about stock and orders.
- Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements
- Truck new customers
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing/Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Good knowledge of the industry
- Good knowledge of the company’s products
- Awareness of ordering and distribution problems
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Administrative or Sales support agent
Job-Specific Skills:
- Hands on experience with Power BI software and
- MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent in English
- Excellent communication skills
