Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for company executives and staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and maintain travel itineraries and agendas for company trips.
  • Monitor and track travel expenses and provide expense reports to management.
  • Act as a point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding travel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all travel documentation is in order, including visas and travel insurance.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to improve travel management processes.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with travel service providers to optimize costs.


Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of professional experience in travel management or administrative support.
  • Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with online travel booking tools and expense management software.
  • Prior experience handling international travel arrangements is a plus.
