We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive that will play an important role in the success and growth of the company by increasing Sales revenue, market share and keeping the company competitive.
Responsibilities:
· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
· Build and strengthen relationships with clients.
· Develop business by increasing the client base and by developing new business channels in the market.
· Carry out connection, negotiations, and sales activities with prospects to achieve the targets in terms of (profit, volumes, revenues).
· Implement the marketing campaigns and support the marketing activities.
· Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
· Keep a strong database with reliable tracking methods to acquire all possible opportunities.
· Execute After sales services to retain loyal long-term clients.
· Keep clear updated sales records and reports.
Requirements:
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. (Preferably with experience in a training institute)
· Excellent Communication skills (English and Arabic)
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
· Negotiation, Problem -solving and Presentation Skills
· Experience in the Training/ Education sector is a plus.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Able to travel if required.
