Responsibilities:
1. System Management:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the delivery system to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Experience in managing delivery applications (aggregator) and how to manage .
- Monitor system performance continuously and resolve technical or operational issues.
2. Data Analysis and Performance Optimization:
- Collect and analyze delivery and order data to enhance user experience.
- Propose technical solutions and improvements to optimize system efficiency.
3. Coordination with Teams:
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of updates and enhancements.
- Work with delivery and customer service teams to address challenges.
4. Complaints and Reporting Management:
- Handle complaints and feedback related to the system and work on resolving them.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
5. Security and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure security and quality standards are applied in all delivery system operations.
Skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years.
