ROLE OVERVIEW The Logistics & Retail Specialist will be responsible of the management of the logistics, inventory, distribution, installation and storage of all office furniture and stationery and the stationery. The role will require a suitable level of logistics knowledge, supply chain management. In addition, quick attending the incidents events and ensuring providing satisfied services level among NEOM offices |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES - Plan and coordinate the transportation, storage, or distribution of office furniture.
- Supervise the inventory and distribution of all stationery materials.
- Maintain corporate services, warehouse assets & stationery inventory and records.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation for the stationery section to ensure productivity.
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all office services FFE.
- Always ensure the availability of the minimum FFE and Stationary stock in warehouse.
- Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Support the office services logistics operations to make sure they run smoothly.
- Resolve issues that might come up (e.g., delays in delivery, accidents, tickets).
- Support the management onsite as required through supply chain, access, safe people flow and movement and internal operating procedures.
- Rise any concerns/potential risks to the management to determine and implement safe & secure outcomes.
- Support in the FFE’s Procurement process.
- Adhere to the safety rules/regulations/objectives. Provide leadership to supply chain team to ensure safe working practices, promoting safety awareness.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with all stakeholders internally / externally and ensure a successful partnership that achieves the main objectives.
- Ability to innovate, communicate and promote bold ideas internally/externally.Ability to work in a challenging and changing environment and work with ideas and unregulated spaces.
