Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with IT team members to understand communication needs and objectives.

 Design and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey technical information.

 Create visually engaging newsletters to keep stakeholders informed of IT updates and initiatives.

 Design eye-catching announcements and other materials for internal and external distribution.

 Maintain and evolve the IT department's visual identity to ensure consistency across all materials.

 Assist in brainstorming and developing creative ideas for various communication campaigns.

 Stay updated on design trends and tools to continually enhance the department's communication strategies.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills

 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating work in IT or technical communication contexts.

 Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

 Familiarity with IT processes, terminology, and workflows.

 Experience in designing for digital platforms, including email and intranet.
