Accountabilities:
- Monitors progress of the project to ensure that implementation is according to agreed specification and timeframes and more importantly within the budgets allocated. Report the situation to the Project Manager in case of deviation
- Supervises site’s technical activities to ensure high quality workmanship by contractors and abiding with contract provisions and order
- Prepares a monthly reporting that’s presents status of design, material procurement, construction and weekly updates to ensure that the contractors are adhering to their respective scope of work at all times.
- Performs technical comparisons of RFQ submittals, recommend the most effective, and appropriate vendor to carry out the related project

- On time completion of projects

Skills
Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's):
- Engineering degree preferably in civil engineering/ construction
- A minimum of (3) years of experience in civil works, construction projects
- Good knowledge of production management and operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Good with computer usage of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
