Responsibilities



  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to inform product assortment and merchandising decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and displays.
  • Manage product lifecycle from selection and pricing to placement and inventory management.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards in retail and online environments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain product quality.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Conduct regular assessments of merchandising performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members on effective merchandising practices and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in merchandising activities.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in merchandising management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
