Tasks and responsibilities
- Developing daily, weekly and monthly operational plans
- Defining objectives and key performance indicators (KPIS) for all operations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Managing staff schedules and distributing tasks
- Ensuring the quality of products and services provided
- Control inventory and meet raw material requirements
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards
- Dealing with complaints and suggestions submitted by customers
- Providing support to employees
- Collect and analyze data related to financial and operational performance
- Identify strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Look for opportunities to improve operations and increase efficiency
- Follow up on developments in the café industry and their application
- Participate in developing new products and services
- Working to raise and improve performance efficiency by adopting systems and keeping up with developments

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Holds a bachelor's degree
