RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver professional and courteous service, ensuring all restaurant employees follow suit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace, demanding the highest service and set up standards.
- Train staff thoroughly on the restaurant concept, setting an example in service, product knowledge, and team guidance.
- Promote upselling of menu items and offer alternatives.
- Generate reports and analyses for monthly performance meetings, managing costs and driving revenue and profits.
- Assist in budget preparation and conduct monthly inventory.
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication skills, and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Hold regular meetings with the Front of House team and conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints courteously, reporting to the Director of Operations for follow-up.
Skills
- Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Juggle multiple tasks with ease, create a positive atmosphere for their team, and always focus on promoting a happy customer service experience.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember, and recall ingredients, and dishes.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, as well as acute financial management skills.
- Adroit in utilizing restaurant management tools and digital software to improve overall productivity
