Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled photographer with expertise in capturing high-quality, cinematic shots that highlight our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of drones, a variety of lenses, and advanced photography techniques to produce breathtaking visuals. This role is essential to showcase Mabani's craftsmanship and innovation in construction to clients, stakeholders, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture cinematic-level photographs and videos of construction sites, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes processes.
• Use drones to capture aerial shots, panoramas, and time-lapse sequences of construction activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to understand shot requirements and key visual storytelling goals.
• Operate and maintain a variety of professional cameras, lenses, drones, and other photography equipment.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos using advanced editing tools and software to meet the company’s quality standards.
• Create dynamic video content, including transitions, effects, and sound integration, for promotional use.
• Plan and execute shoots based on weather conditions, lighting, and construction schedules.
• Ensure all visuals align with Mabani’s brand identity and vision.
• Stay updated on photography and videography trends and introduce innovative techniques to improve output.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional photographer or videographer, preferably in construction, real estate, or industrial settings.
• Proficient in operating drones, with a valid drone pilot license (if required by local regulations).
• Expertise in using a wide range of professional lenses, including wide-angle, zoom, and prime lenses.
• Strong knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• A portfolio showcasing cinematic-level photography and videography work.
• Strong creative vision with an eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with safety protocols for on-site construction environments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
