Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the field.
- Proficiency in software such as Planswift, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel; knowledge of CCS Candy is an advantage.
- Expertise in Rate Analysis for building works and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to implement budgeting and cost control measures for projects.
- Must have a transferable Iqama and be available to join immediately.
- Salary Range: 10,000-12,000 SAR (Full Package)
