The HRBP will work closely with the commercial population, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to deliver comprehensive HR solutions. Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the commercial leadership team, providing HR expertise to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Advise and support the commercial leadership on talent management, performance improvement, and organizational development strategies.
- Drive HR programs and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness within the commercial teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, working closely with managers to maintain a positive working environment.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and monitor progress toward achieving high employee satisfaction and retention rates.
- Work with leadership to identify talent needs and succession planning, ensuring a robust talent pipeline within the commercial functions.
- Partner with Learning & Development to assess skill gaps and implement training programs to foster the growth and development of commercial teams.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives and coaching for managers within the commercial departments.
- Lead the annual performance review cycle, ensuring clear goals and effective feedback are delivered to employees in the commercial population.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes, including setting objectives, managing performance, and handling underperformance issues.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to forecast workforce requirements and talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee recruitment for commercial roles, ensuring the right talent is sourced, selected, and onboarded to meet the needs of the business.
- Work closely with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure the competitiveness of commercial compensation packages.
- Advise on the structure of incentive plans and variable pay schemes to motivate and retain high-performing employees
- Support organizational change initiatives within the commercial teams, helping employees navigate and adapt to change.
- Act as a change agent to drive transformation and innovation within HR and across commercial functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering or HRBP role in a commercial setting.
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry, specifically working with commercial functions (sales, marketing, customer service).
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
