Customer Relationship: Take the lead in managing and maintaining the multi-dimensional customer relationships with provincial state-owned enterprises and strategic customers, integrate company resources, realize multi-dimensional communication and cooperation with customers, and enhance customer stickiness.
3. Regional Opportunity Exploration: According to the market's public channels and the customer resources collected and sorted out by the provincial representative office team, establish a regular communication mechanism, grasp the customer's needs and potential in real time, form a match and establish long-term cooperation.
4. Opportunity Point Management: Overall management of the information on regional and strategic opportunity points, based on the annual target, conduct key investigations based on the customer segmentation mechanism to ensure the proportion of opportunity points converted into orders.
5. Order Acquisition: Through the exploration of the potential market, timely and effective information acquisition and analysis, formulate pre-bid guidance and customer strategies, customize project solutions, match the value needs of customers, so as to achieve order acquisition, increase market share and achieve performance goals. 6. Lead the team's sales/competition data analysis, strategic customer file management, customer relationship management, performance appraisal, clue and opportunity point management, payment tracking, and contract quality improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Familiar with the project sales process, with more than 10 years of sales experience; have operational experience in large-scale energy projects in Saudi Arabia.
3. Familiar with the sales scenario in the wind power industry, understand the basic knowledge of fan product parameters, performance or fan blades, etc., and those who have an understanding of the industry are preferred;
4. Possess strong market analysis ability, understand and master the knowledge and practical skills of market insight, customer demand analysis, and customer relationship management;
5. Good communication and expression skills, and internal and external resource coordination ability.
