About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication channels, scheduling appointments, and providing a warm welcome to clients. The position is key to ensuring smooth operations in the spa and enhancing the customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Use the booking system to schedule and manage client appointments for nail and spa services.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and ensure all information is entered into the system correctly.
  • Provide general assistance and support to spa staff as needed.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (fluency is essential for effective interaction with clients and staff).
  • Ability to effectively manage the booking system and client schedules.
  • Available to join immediately.


Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., email, calendar systems).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Fluency in English to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, particularly in a beauty or wellness environment.
  • Familiarity with appointment booking software or systems.
  • Knowledge of the nail and spa industry and the services offered.
