Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for creating and executing a national sales strategy in Saudi Arabia (KSA), aimed at driving profitable growth and business development. This includes managing the Route to Market (RTM), overseeing direct sales, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts. Additionally, the role involves developing and managing a network of distributors across the Kingdom to support growth objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing wholesalers, and expanding relationships with distributors and F&B partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Distributor Management: Manage and facilitate Nabil Foods’ KSA FS distributors; deliverables include sales, profitability, go-to-market strategy, sales & product training, market visits, business reviews, relationship management, and receivables.
  • P&L Responsibility: Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the KSA operations, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing costs and maximizing profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing direct sales team to attend wholesalers, fostering a result-oriented and collaborative culture.
  • Cross Geographical and Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, product development, logistics, and manufacturing, to align initiatives and drive cohesive business strategies.


Work Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Food Service in KSA, managing distributors and sales teams, with an understanding of operations, sales, account management, negotiation, and supplier related tasks in addition to a proven sales record.


Education and Skills:

  • BS in Business Administration or any related field.
  • KSA Food Service experience
