Job Description:

Amwaj Al Khair Trading and Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering and a deep understanding of the use of professional software programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical office and support project management activities.
  • Oversee design and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for efficient project execution.
  • Supervise technical drawings, approvals, and work schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of technical processes.


Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in the use of professional Civil Engineering software programs such as:
  • AutoCAD
  • Primavera P6
  • Revit
  • ETABS
  • SAP2000
  • Prokon
  • Civil 3D
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards in Saudi Arabia.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
