• Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with MODON regulations and ISO certification standards.
• Conduct risk and Environmental impact assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Ensure full compliance with local, national, and MODON HSE legislation, including environmental controls.
• Manage ISO certification processes, ensuring documentation, audits, and corrective actions are completed effectively.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation, including incident reports, risk assessments, and performance records.
• Coordinate with departments and head office to integrate HSE standards into daily operations.
• Develop and test emergency response plans, ensuring compliance with MODON requirements and availability of emergency equipment.
• Continuously improve HSE performance by monitoring trends, implementing best practices, and aligning with ISO and MODON standards.
