APAC Business Planning Director - Tourism - Public Sector and Government- Riyadh


Lead the business planning process, defining strategic goals and ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.Drive the development and implementation of high-impact tourism initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring consistency with broader strategic plans.Provide leadership in managing the execution of large-scale programs, collaborating with regional teams and key stakeholders.Evaluate and analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and planning decisions.Develop and oversee regional budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of initiatives.Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to support tourism growth, and ensure the effective delivery of business plans.Utilize consulting experience to drive transformational change and introduce innovative approaches to business planning.






Profile

APAC Business Planning Director - Tourism - Public Sector and Government- Riyadh


10+ years of experience in a senior business planning, strategy, or consulting role within the tourism or hospitality sector.Strong track record in strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs in top-tier organizations.Proven expertise in developing and managing business plans that drive measurable outcomes.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for growth.A background in consulting and working with top-tier organizations is highly advantageous.Fluency in Arabic is a must, as the role requires regular communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders and teams.
