Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential clients (sellers) to present Thameen’s benefits and onboard them onto the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets by showcasing the value of our platform.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, including client feedback and progress updates.
  • Shadow and follow a structured sales process to build expertise.
  • Conduct presentations and leverage tools to showcase Thameen’s offerings effectively.

Skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Entry to mid-level (0–3 years); training will be provided.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. Proven industry experience may substitute for a degree.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Charismatic and confident in client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of the luxury goods or e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Languages: Native Arabic speaker with strong English reading and writing skills.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM / Monday.com Sales CRM is a bonus (training will be provided).
