- Manage transitions between project stages and ensure that changes are consistent with organizational goals.
- Control output of business unit to ensure government outcomes are achieved within budget.
- Progress organizational priorities and ensure effective acquisition and use of resources.

Skills
Experience and Skills required:
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus, preferable have experience for high rise building projects experience
- The Ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent, having a minimum of 12 years’ experience in the industry.
- Demonstrate a high level of expertise in construction management.
- Good knowledge of local and international codes and standards
- Able to produce technical reports in English in a clear and concise form.
- Able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients
